The adrenal tumour had caused severe hormonal imbalance resulting in dangerously uncontrolled blood pressure that was not responding to medicines.
Treatment Given: Under the guidance of Dr. Saurabh Jain, the team performed a complex robotic surgery — the kidney tumour was removed robotically, and the adrenal gland tumour was simultaneously treated surgically. The entire procedure lasted approximately four hours.
