Myelography

Myelography is a diagnostic imaging procedure used to visualize the spinal cord, nerve roots, and surrounding structures. It involves the injection of a contrast dye into the spinal canal, followed by X-rays or CT scans to capture detailed images. This procedure helps identify abnormalities in the spinal cord and spinal column, such as herniated discs, spinal stenosis, tumours, infections, and nerve root compression.
