Poly-Cystic Kidney Disease (PKD)

Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is an inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop predominantly in the kidneys, causing the kidneys to enlarge and gradually lose function. Cysts are noncancerous, fluid-filled, spherical sacs.
