Massive Tree Planting Drive in Jagatpura Hills
In a remarkable environmental initiative, Apex Hospital recently organized a large-scale tree planting campaign in the Jagatpura hilly area as part of their seed ball hike program. The 15-day campaign, supported by Blue Monkey, aims to plant thousands of trees in the Jhalana forest region. The species selected for planting, chosen for their ability to thrive in the local soil conditions and their significant environmental benefits, will contribute to a healthier ecosystem.
On Sunday, July 21, 2024, the campaign reached a significant milestone with the launch of "MISSION 5000 Seed Balls." A dedicated team of volunteers and participants, the backbone of this initiative, enthusiastically planted seed balls, laying the groundwork for a greener future. Their efforts are truly commendable and integral to the success of this campaign.
Kunjhu Jhavar, the program's coordinator, highlighted the importance of this initiative, emphasizing that environmental conservation is a shared responsibility. She also noted that members of the Apex family will ensure the regular care and protection of the newly planted saplings.
This collective effort reflects a solid commitment to nurturing the planet, hoping these efforts will lead to denser, greener forests. The success of this initiative stands as a testament to the power of teamwork and the belief that together, we can achieve extraordinary things.
