Apex Hospitals Conducts Free Health Checkups for Delivery Workers — A Festive Tribute to “Shahar Ki Raftar”

Apex Hospitals, Malviya Nagar, successfully conducted a two-day free health checkup camp for delivery agents and gig workers on October 13 and 14, 2025, as a heartfelt festive tribute to “Shahar Ki Raftar.”

The initiative was designed to recognize and support the city’s ride-share drivers, delivery partners, and gig workers, the unsung heroes who keep Jaipur running day and night. The hospital aimed to promote preventive healthcare among this essential workforce, which often overlooks its own health due to long and demanding work hours.

During the two-day drive, participants received a comprehensive health screening, including Complete Blood Count (CBC), Blood Pressure measurement, Blood Sugar test, Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation, and ECG (Electrocardiogram). Each attendee also had a one-on-one consultation with a physician to discuss their health reports.

As a gesture of gratitude during the festive season, Apex Hospitals also offered each participant a complimentary thermal water bottle and free lunch.

Dr. Sachin Jhawar, Managing Director of Apex Hospitals, expressed pride in the initiative and its impact: “Our delivery agents and gig workers are the backbone of modern urban life, yet they often neglect their own well-being due to their demanding schedules. During the festive season, their workload increases even more, leaving them little time to care for themselves,” Dr. Jhawar said. “Through this campaign, we wanted to recognize their invaluable contribution and extend our heartfelt wishes for a healthy and happy Diwali.”

The initiative reflected Apex Hospitals’ commitment to community well-being and inclusivity, reaffirming its mission to make quality healthcare accessible to every section of society, especially those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the city moving.
